STORE POLICY

Terms:

Buyer will prepay for all goods with cashier’s check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. We are willing to accept personal and credit card checks, and will ship goods ASAP after the check clears our bank.

Returns:

While we believe you will be delighted with your purchase, you may return goods for refund (less shipping, insurance, and a 3% restocking fee) if you are not completely satisfied with your instrument. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt that you intend to return. Once the returned item is received by Whipkey’s Music in the same condition as shipped, a refund will be issued. No returns without authorization will be accepted. You will be responsible for shipping, insurance, and a 3% restocking fee.

Shipping:

All items are shipped UPS ground and insured at the final sale price. We only ship to your credit card billing address if purchased by credit card. Please be aware UPS can deliver only to street addresses. Alternative shipping arrangements can be made by parcel post to post office boxes only if payment is other than credit card.

Damage:

All merchandise is shipped from Whipkey's Music in perfect condition. If you should happen to receive an item which is damaged, you must immediately call the carrier who delivered your merchandise and request a "damage inspection". When you receive the inspection report, mail it to us. Keep all cartons and packing materials! If you throw away that material you forfeit any hope of a damage claim against the carrier!
